Every campaign has its own page with the brief, what we did and what came of it. Nothing here is estimated.
No jargon, no mystery. This is the same answer we give artists who ask us these questions on WhatsApp before they book anything.
Most projects start with a message on WhatsApp or a short call where you tell us what you are releasing and when. Before we quote anything we want to hear the record, see the artwork if it exists, and understand what this release is supposed to do for you. A debut single and a fourth single from an artist who already has an audience are not the same job.
Week one is planning. We listen to the song, go through your pages, look at who is already engaging with you, and write a rollout plan. That plan says which platform leads, what the first piece of content is, how many creators we are briefing, when the sound goes live, and exactly what your budget is being spent on. You get it in writing before any money moves.
Week two is building. Reels get shot, the CapCut template gets made, teaser edits and cover assets get finished. Nothing goes live yet. We want three to four weeks of content sitting ready before day one, because the campaigns that stall are the ones that run out of material in the first week.
Week three is the push. The sound goes up, the first wave of creators post, and most of the volume lands across seven to ten days. We watch which videos pull and move the remaining budget toward the creators and the concepts that are actually working, instead of spreading it evenly and hoping.
Week four onward is follow through. If the sound is catching we brief a second wave, extend the trend, and push the story to playlists, blogs and press. If it is not catching we tell you plainly and change the concept, rather than spending the rest of your money on something that is not landing. At the end you get a report with the videos, views, saves, Shazams and streams the campaign produced.
A TikTok campaign with us starts at a campaign budget of 700,000 naira, plus a 15 percent service fee. The fee sits on top of the budget instead of coming out of it, so the full amount you set aside for promotion reaches the creators.
That budget usually books somewhere between 25 and 60 creators, depending on how big they are. We normally mix a small number of mid sized accounts, which give the sound credibility, with a wider base of smaller creators who have high engagement and post more freely. Ten large accounts posting once each almost never beats fifty of the right smaller ones.
A campaign runs about two to four weeks from the first post. Every creator gets a concept, not just a link to the sound: a dance, a lip sync, a joke format, a storytelling angle, a transition. The concept decides whether the videos travel, and it is the part cheap promo skips. Where the record suits it we also build a CapCut template, because a template lets ordinary fans make the video themselves, and that is how a sound keeps moving after the paid posts have stopped.
This works if you have a finished record, a release date at least three weeks out, and a promotion budget of at least 700,000 naira separate from what the song cost to make. It also works for labels, managers and distributors running several artists who want one team handling strategy, content and creator campaigns together.
It is not for you if the song is not finished, if you need something to happen this week, or if your whole budget is under a couple of hundred thousand naira. It is also not for you if what you want is bought views and bought followers. We do not sell that. Inflated numbers do not turn into streams, they do not convince a playlist editor or a booking agent, and they make your data useless for the next release.
Bring the final mastered audio, the release date, and the name of your distributor. Bring links to your TikTok, Instagram and Spotify pages so we can see what is already working. Bring the cover art and any video, behind the scenes footage or studio clips you already have, even rough ones, because those usually become the first teasers.
Then write us two short notes: what the song is about in a few sentences, and what success would look like to you for this release. Those two answers shape the plan more than anything else you send.
